Will I lose my old data?
No — we move your stock, customers and scheme data across for you. You start with your history intact, not a blank system.
How long does switching take?
Most showrooms are up and running in days, not weeks. We set up your stock, schemes and staff, and train your team in your language.
Do I need internet to use it?
Yes — JewelGrow is cloud-based, so you'll need an internet connection. It's light on data and runs fine on ordinary broadband or a mobile connection; most showrooms keep a mobile hotspot as backup for busy days.
My staff aren't tech people. Will they manage?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use JewelGrow — and our team is on WhatsApp when they need a hand.
